Arradiance’s partnership with MicroLabs Scientific (Andover, MA) provides our customers with the opportunity to augment ALD nanofilm development with rapid analytical characterization performed by highly experienced scientists and failure analysis engineers in consultation with Arradiance’s nanofilm experts. |
MicroLabs Scientific
analytical and consulting services cover: semiconductor, MEMS, BioMEMS, microfluidics, electronics, and related industries. Analytical capabilities include: Failure Analysis, SEM, EDS, FIB, Optical Profilometry, Thermal Imaging, Film Thickness Measurements, and Optical Microscopy services.
Customers may access analytical services during the RFQ process by completing the customer questionnaire and specifying both the ALD nanofilm requirements and analytical services required. Microlabs Scientific and Arradiance scientists will work together to deliver the nanofilm product and the analytical services.
